To do our part in the Responsible Restart Ohio Plan, here is what we are doing…
We will have two morning services. Those with last names A-L will meet between 8:30-9:30 am. Last names beginning M-Z will meet between 10:30-11:30 am.
There will be no children’s ministries, Sunday School, or nurseries provided.
No valet services will be available.
The offering plate will NOT be passed. Offering can be placed in the Special Offering box which will be on the Memorial Table as you enter the sanctuary.
We will utilize every other row in the sanctuary. Families should sit together. Those who do not live in the same household will need to put 4 cushions or chairs between them to insure the social distancing requirements.
When service has ended, we are going to ask you to exit the building as quickly as possible. Fellowship can continue in the parking lot where you can social distance a whole lot easier than in the foyer. We will be asking our ushers to help facilitate the dismissal. It will look similar to dismissing for weddings, only without the reception line – also, no rice, birdseed, or bubbles 🙂
For the time being, there will be no Sunday evening or Sunday School. The Sunday night services will be online.
Starting Wednesday, June 3rd, will we be restarting our midweek service. This does NOT include any of the children’s ministries (no nurseries, Gophers, Olympians, or WOL and no van ministry). All kids must sit with their parents.
If you have had a fever within the last 7 days or if you are ill, please do not come to any of the services.
As restrictions are lifted in the State, we will slowly reintroduce more of our regular services.
NO CONTACT signs will be placed throughout the church as a reminder to refrain from shaking hands.
Hand sanitizer stations are at the doors and bottles of hand sanitizer are in different places. Please use these liberally and wash your hands in the restrooms.
If you feel more comfortable wearing a face mask, you are welcome to. However, this is not required.
